I fell in love with being in the kitchen at a young age. At six years old I was creating menus out of construction paper and markers, trying to convince my family to buy my tasty treats made from my Easy Bake Oven. On my journey of discovering who I was as a person, I discovered who I wanted to be as a chef. I packed my bags and moved to New York City so I could enroll at The International Culinary Center. Each day learning more about an art I'd fallen in love with a long time ago. An art that let me embrace the mess and the chaos, and turn it into something beautiful. I later returned to Orlando, to continue practicing this beautiful art, and along the way met the most incredible man who challenged me to be better. He believed in me, would dream big with me, and helped me become the Pastry Chef I am today.
